Hartwood is located right off of Interstate 380 in North Liberty, Iowa. We are neighbors with Illuminate, Emily Hughes Interiors + Mix Home Mercantile, Heat Yoga Studio and Copper Boar.

I need to cancel my appointment. What is your policy?

We kindly request a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Things happen! Please just let us know.

NO CALL NO SHOWS

We value your time, please value ours! If reminders have been completed, the full service amount will be charged. Non-refundable, non-transferable deposits may be required to reschedule missed appointments.

What are the salon hours?

Hours vary between each service provider. Give us a call for the most accurate appointment times.

Do you take walk-ins?

We are open by appointment only. On the chance that we have an available time open up, we have a waitlist in place. Keep an eye on our social media for last minute appointment opportunities!

How about parking?

We have plenty of free parking spots available in the front and back of the salon!
